| SMAC EPOPRIME is a two component, modified water based Epoxy Primer. It has been developed specially for fresh, moist, damp and old concrete prior to application of Epoxy and Polyurethane top coats. SMAC EPOPRIME is developed for Water based Epoxy and solvent less Epoxy/Polyurethane final coats over a concrete surface. It also serves as a sealer coat, as it penetrates the concrete capillaries and seals them. SMAC EPOPRIME further reduces the absorption of subsequent Epoxy and Polyurethane coating materials, thus improving coverage with enhanced protective effect.
ADVANTAGES:
- It penetrates into the capillaries present in the concrete & seals them
- It can be applied on fresh, moist or damp, as well as old concrete
- Improves strength of fresh concrete surface by about 10%
- Excellent adhesion with water based Epoxy and solvent free Epoxy/ Polyurethane top coat and concrete
- Eco-friendly, being water based formulation
- It can be applied on metal and wood also.
APPLICATION PROCEDURE:
While applying SMAC EPOPRIME coat, surface preparation is the most important part. Remove all the loose materials to expose the base surface of the wall. Wash the surface with plenty of water. A 10% muriatic acid solution wash should follow. Again wash the surface with plenty of water. Let the surface dry to SSD (saturated surface dry) condition. Fill all the cracks, honey-combs, voids etc using cement mortar or our BONDCRETE RP repair compound. Mix the resin & hardener parts of SMAC EPOPRIME thoroughly, to get a uniform consistency. Remove any lumps. Apply a coat of SMAC EPOPRIME liberally by brush over the surface. Allow the surface to be touchdry. The surface is now ready for final Epoxy or Polyurethane coating. Apply the necessary topcoat over this primer coat for best results.

| SMAC EPOTOP FC is two component water based Epoxy Coating system for cementitious substrates for indoor application. When it cures, it forms a tough, hard and glossy finish, which forms a seamless, dustproof and easy to clean surface. The coat formed is resistant to many mild chemicals, oils and water. It allows the floor concrete to “breathe” and is Eco-friendly in nature; still it protects the surfaces by preventing algal & fungal growth. It is a versatile topping material, which can be used as a light duty floor topping, alternative for tiles in WC area, residential flooring, water tank coating etc and is available in custom colour shades.

While applying SMAC EPOTOP FC coat, surface preparation is the most important part. Remove all the loose materials to expose the base surface. Wash the surface with plenty of water. A 10% muriatic acid solution wash should follow. Again wash the surface with plenty of water. Fill all the cracks, honey-combs, voids etc using cement mortar or our BONDCRETE RP repair compound. Let the surface dry completely. Apply a coat of SMAC EPOPRIME liberally by brush over the surface. Allow the surface to be touch-dry. Mix the resin & hardener parts of SMAC EPOTOP FC thoroughly, to get a uniform consistency. Remove any lumps. Apply the first coat over this primer coat. Allow the coat to cure for 12 hours. Apply the second coat over the first coat, preferably in a perpendicular direction to the first coat. Let the system cure for 24 hours. Protect the treatment during the curing period from mechanical disturbances, water splashes, direct sunlight & heat.

| SMAC EPOTOP SLF is a two component water based Epoxy Self Level Flooring System. It forms a tough, hard, joint-less mirror like finish. It gives a seamless, dustproof and easy to clean hygienic surface which is resistant to many mild chemicals, oils and water.

Application thickness can be form 0.5 mm to 3 mm depending upon functional requirements.

| SMAC® ELASTOBOND HWC is a single component water based polyurethane wall coating for interior walls, which forms flexible and tough glossy film. This film creates hygienic surface on the walls. It has necessary microbe and stain resistance required for a hygienic coating.

While applying SMAC® ELASTOBOND HWC coat, surface preparation is the most important part. Remove all the loose materials to expose the base surface of the wall. Wash the surface with plenty of water. A 10% muriatic acid solution wash should follow. Again wash the surface with plenty of water. Let the surface dry to SSD (saturated surface dry) condition. Fill all the cracks, honeycombs, voids etc using cement mortar or our BONDCRETE RP repair compound. Apply a coat of SMAC® ELASTOPRIMER liberally by brush over the surface. Allow the surface to be touchdry. Apply a coat of SMAC® ELASTOBOND HWC on the primed surface by brush or roller. Care must be taken to ensure a uniform coat without brush marks. The second coat should be applied after the first coat is dry to touch. The second coat should be applied perpendicular to the first coat. Protect the treated surface for 48 hours from direct water splashes, scratching & other disturbances. Wash all the tools with water & soap.
