| Water Based Primer | | |
| SMAC® ELASTOPRIMER is a highly concentrated polymer modified penetrant primer for cementitious and mineral substrates. It forms a medium hard and elastomeric film over the substrate. Due to its application, absorption and consumption of subsequent coating material is reduced. Also, it acts to block capillaries in the substrate because of its penetrating chemicals & hence improves waterproofing performance.

SPECIAL APPLICATION PROPERTY:
When SMAC® ELASTOPRIMER is applied before waterproof coating, it improves waterproofing properties. Due to higher percentage of polymers fortified with nano-tech chemicals, it penetrates into porous substrate. This process blocks all capillaries and produces waterproofing effect. Further, it reduces consumption of waterproof coating and improves coverage.
